5 lbs medium ground pork butt |
1 1/2 cups fine chop onions |
5 cloves pressed garlic |
1/2 cup chopped parsley |
1/4 cup sage |
1 tablespoon marjoram |
1 tablespoon cayenne |
1 tablespoon thyme |
1 tablespoon basil |
1 1/2 tablespoons salt |
1 tablespoon pepper |
1/4 lb butter |
1 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well& stuff into sheep casings, or make into patties To cook, fry. |
