Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
2 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt |
4 cup(s) quick cooking oats |
1 cup(s) raisins |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) shortening |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 3/4 cup(s) whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix brown sugar, shortening, yogurt and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. 2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with bottom of glass dipped in water. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. |
