These taste really good dropped into homemade chicken soup. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
4 tablespoons melted butter or 4 tablespoons margarine |
1 cup farina (not instant, or quick cooking) |
salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well. 2. Add melted butter, or margarine. 3. Add farina and salt. 4. Mix at least 1 hour before using. 5. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling broth. 6. Lower heat to simmer. 7. Cover and cook without lifting cover for at least 20 minutes. |
