Farfalle with Herb-Marinated Grilled Chicken |

Ingredients:
1 16oz box farfalle or penne pasta, cooked and drained |
1 26oz jar tomato and basil sauce, heated |
2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar |
1 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
1 pinch(s) crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped fresh basil leaves |
1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1 teaspoon(s) finely chopped fresh oregano leaves (optional) |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, basil, parsley, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in fridge 30 min. Remove chicken and grill/broil, turning once til cooked. Slice. Spoon sauce over pasta and top with chicken. Garnish with additional parsley if desired. |
