1 (12 ounce) package farfalle pasta |
1 medium onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
12 ounces boiling water |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Dice and fry onion in hot oil until translucent. 2. Add farfalle and stir until brown, 2-3 minutes. 3. Pour over boiling water and cover 12-15 minutes until soft. 4. Season with salt and pepper. |
