Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 teaspoons gingerroot (minced)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup dried shrimp
1/4 cup canola oil
4 cups cabbage (shredded)
1 carrot (peeled, shredded)
2 green onions (minced)
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (toasted)
Directions:
1. Combine the vinegar, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, shrimp and oil. Let stand 1 hour.
2. Toss with the cabbage, carrots, onions and sesame seeds.
3. Serve.
