1/2 cup rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons gingerroot (minced) |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 cup dried shrimp |
1/4 cup canola oil |
4 cups cabbage (shredded) |
1 carrot (peeled, shredded) |
2 green onions (minced) |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (toasted) |
Directions:
1. Combine the vinegar, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, shrimp and oil. Let stand 1 hour. 2. Toss with the cabbage, carrots, onions and sesame seeds. 3. Serve. |
