Great to serve after dinner. Ingredients:
125 g mixed peel |
125 g glace apricot |
60 g prunes |
60 g glace pineapple |
125 g raisins, seeded |
125 g sultanas |
125 g plain flour |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Chop fruits finely in food processor. 2. Mix in sifted flour. 3. Add eggs to make a stiff mixture. 4. Form a roll about 12 inches/30 cms long. 5. Place on greased oven tray. 6. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F. 7. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. |
