A little bit different than your usual garlic bread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon sage |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 baguette, halved lengthwise |
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine butter, mayo, sage, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. 2. Place baguette halves on a baking sheet. Spread mixture evenly on bread and sprinkle with Parmesan. 3. Broil for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. |
