This is a recipe that was given to me by my boss... very, very good! Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place corn in large skillet and turn on medium heat. 2. Add butter, whipping cream, sugar, and salt. 3. Stirring constantly, heat until most of whipping cream and butter is absorbed into corn. |
