Tastes similar to “Eatmore” candy bars. Peanuts and sesame seeds may be replaced with any combination of nuts and/or seeds totalling 1 cup. Ingredients:
1 cup carob powder |
2/3 cup chopped peanuts |
1/3 cup brown sesame seed |
1 cup coconut |
3/4 cup honey |
1 cup peanut butter or 1 cup other nut butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, stir dry ingredients together. 2. In a pot, melt honey with peanut butter over low heat. 3. When liquid, remove from heat and add dry mixture and vanilla; mix well. 4. Spread into 8x8-inch pan. 5. Refrigerate. |
