Ingredients:
pesto spread |
feta cheese |
mozzarella cheese |
cheese wedge of garlic and herb flavor spread |
sourdough bread (two slices) |
butter spread on outside of sandwich |
Directions:
1. Layer all ingredients on bread. 2. Warm skillet on stove to about medium heat. 3. Can add some extra cheese to taste (parmesan, blue cheese, whatever taste you like). 4. Cook sandwich on both sides with top over the skillet to make sure all of the cheese gets nice and gooey. 5. Enjoy! |
