Good way to have some veggies that taste good with no fat. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn |
3/4 cup kraft fat free cream cheese |
2 teaspoons dry onion flakes |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
2 teaspoons molly mcbutter (dietetic butter substitution) |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook corn according to directions, drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat 1-2 minutes. 3. Serve. |
