Ummm Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes |
2 tbsp flour |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp paprika |
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tsp thyme |
Directions:
1. Without cutting all the way through, cut 1/4 inch thick slices into white or yellow potatoes 2. Blend all dry ingredients and roll each potato in mix 3. Place uncut base down in roasting pan and sprinkle with EVOO and thyme 4. Bake at 375 degrees until tender, fanned out and crisp for 1 1/4 hours |
