This recipe came from an accident. I was cooking eggs and the bacon somehow got into the pan. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled, divided |
1/8 cup milk |
2 medium eggs or 2 medium eggs |
1 cup cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Put 1/4 cup of bacon in the bottom of the pan. 2. Mix milk and eggs. 3. Put egg mixture in pan; let sit for about 15 seconds. 4. Put cheese and the rest of bacon in the pan. 5. Scramble or make it omelet style. |
