Ingredients:
1/2-1 pound(s) bacon |
1 onion chopped |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1/2 tablespoon(s) garlic powder |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) vinegar |
28 oz can(s) baked beans |
15 oz can(s) butter beans |
15 oz can(s) lima beans |
15 oz can(s) kidney beans |
Directions:
1. chunk and lightly brown bacon. Drain and put aside. Saute onion until soft. Drain. Boil together sugar, dry mustard, garlic, salt, and vinegar in small sauce pan. Reduce to simmer for 20-25 minutes stirring often. Combine undrained baked beans, and the well drained butter beans, lima beans, and kidney beans. Add onion, sauce, and bacon. Bring to a boil in crock pot and then let simmer for 3-5 hours on low. |
