This is a recipe from my dad's sister. Using fat-free mayonnaise will make this a Weight Watchers Core recipe. I have not made this yet, and servings are estimated. Ingredients:
4 cups shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups diced celery |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 eggs, boiled |
1 tablespoon capers |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop boiled eggs. 2. Add other ingredients and mix. |
