Great tasting pizza, to fit the appetite of the family Ingredients:
1/2 lb bulk pork sausage |
1 (13 7/8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crusts |
2 teaspoons butter, melted |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
8 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced |
2 teaspoons italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, until no longer pink, drain and set aside. 2. Meanwhile press pizza dough into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. 3. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. 4. Layer`with 1 cup mozzerella, sausage and tomatoes. 5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella, and Italian seasoning. 6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown, and cheese is melted. |
