A Delicious simple desert great to make the day before eating.children love to decorate with fruits and chocolate. Ingredients:
250 g digestive biscuits |
100 g butter |
250 g mascarpone cheese |
125 g natural yoghurt |
142 ml double cream |
2 tablespoons caster sugar |
1 lime |
chocolate chips or grated chocolate |
tinned mandarin orange |
Directions:
1. Put the biscuits in a clean teatowel or plastic bag and bash to smitherines with a rolling pin.Melt the butter and mix biscuit crumbs in with it then line a loose bottomed 8 flan tin with the mix. 2. Juice the lime 3. Beat the cream,cheese,yoghurt,sugar and lime juice until thick. 4. Spread this mix on the biscuit base and refridgerate. 5. When set(4 hours will do it,overnight is better)decorate with fruit pieces and chocolate.Push base of tin upwards,wash up ring and enjoy. |
