My family really enjoyed these potatoes. I got the recipe from Copy Kat Chat. Ingredients:
6 cups red potatoes, peeled and chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups shredded mont. monterey jack cheese |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and onion together until tender; drain. 2. Mix in sour cream, cheeses, butter, salt and pepper; spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. 3. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
