Quick and easy Chicken. Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless,boneless |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper chicken. 2. Cook until brown. 3. Mix soup with water and pour over top of chicken. 4. Heat to boil, stirring occasionally. 5. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. 6. Remove chicken and thicken with corn starch for gravy. |
