salt
mrs. dash
olive oil
chili powder
Directions:
1. set oven for 400 degrees
2. boil 2 cups of water
3. add spices
4. pour into bowl add pumpkin seeds.
5. wait for 15 minutes.
6. drain water from bowl
7. oil pan
8. spread seeds on pan
9. bake for 10 minutes or until brown and crispy
