I made this recipe up myself. Couldn't be easier and better tasting.
Ingredients:
2 pork rib racks, baby back work well
salt
pepper
barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Cut rib slabs in half and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place ribs in crockpot.
3. Cook on high 5-6 hours.
4. Once cooked, place ribs on foil lined sheet and cover with barbecue sauce (any kind you like).
5. Broil for 5 minutes.
6. Enjoy.
