Fall Off The Bone Chicken

My Mom passed this down to me. I had it many times as a child and still serve it to my family regularly.
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken legs(easy to hold for kids)
1 pound chicken breasts
5 pounds potatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 small onion
dash of seasoning (your choice)
Directions:
1. Place chicken into a large crockpot.
2. Cut open the pepper and take out the seeds. Chop the pepper into 1×1/8 inch slices.
3. Chop the onion.
4. Sprinkle the onion and pepper on top of the chicken. chop the potatoes into quarters.
5. Place the potatoes on top of the onion and pepper.
6. Sprinkle a little seasoning (of your choice) on top of everything.
7. Put the crockpot on medium and forget about it for 4 hours
