These chops take a while cooking, depending on the thickness, but it is worth the wait. Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine (resiling) |
1 cup water |
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
4 pork chops (center cut, bone-in, or thick cut will work) |
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup cooked brown rice |
Directions:
1. Place wine, water, bouillon and seasoning in frying pan over medium heat just until boiling. 2. Add pork chops. 3. Reduce heat to low and lightly simmer for approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours. 4. Drain liquid and add mushroom soup and milk. 5. Turn up to medium heat and stir until well combined. 6. Add pork chops and bring to a boil. 7. Serve over rice. |
