I got this recipe from a box of falafel. I tried out with the family and was a great success! Ingredients:
2 cups yogurt or 2 cups sour cream |
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped |
2 tablespoons onions, thinly chopped |
1 teaspoon dried mint |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together! 2. Enjoy :). |
