Ingredients:
1 cup(s) garbanzo beans dried soaked with 1/4 t baking soda overnight |
1 1/2 cup(s) onion |
2 clove(s) garlic |
3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley or cilantro chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) coriander |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin |
1 piece(s) pita bread pulsed into bread crumbs |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Add drained garbazos, cumin, salt, pepper, fresh parlsey, and coarsed chopped onion to bread crumbs in possessor, pulse into fine meals. Form about 1/4 cup into flattened patties. Fry in skillet brushed with olive oil. |
