Traditional Greek Lentil Stew Ingredients:
500 g lentils |
4 tbsp olive oil |
1 litre water |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
1 medium onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes 2. Cover and cook for an hour until stew has thickened. 3. Best served with feta cheese and bread. |
