I love imitation crab. I know that probably makes me less of a foodie, but I don't care. This is a combination of the delicious fake sushi salad I ate to get a sushi fix while pregnant, with the cheap delicious protein in imitation crab. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 avocado, ripe |
1 tablespoon pickled ginger, i like ginger people |
0.5 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flake style |
soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Peel and slice avocado. 2. Arrange on a plate with flaked crab and ginger on top. 3. Sprinkle soy sauce. |
