Just what it says, I imagine. This is one of those recipes that's been going around forever. Was just reminded of it recently.. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well in blender. 2. Spray a small non-stick frying pan with cooking spray. 3. Pour batter into pan. 4. Cook one side. 5. Flip. 6. Cook the other side. 7. Top with SF syrup or powdered sweetener, if desired. |
