Ingredients:
2 1/4 pounds skirt steak, 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon garlic salt
juice of 5 limes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
flour tortillas
pico de gallo
guacamole
Directions:
1. Pound steak to 1/8-inch thickness. Sprinkle both sides of steak with garlic salt and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain well; discard marinade.
2. Place steak on grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with oil occasionally. Remove from grill, and cut into thin slices. Serve with flour tortillas, Pico de overnight. Yield: about 4 cups. Gallo, and Guacamole.
