Ingredients:
2 1/4 pounds skirt steak, 1/4-inch thick |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
juice of 5 limes |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
flour tortillas |
pico de gallo |
guacamole |
Directions:
1. Pound steak to 1/8-inch thickness. Sprinkle both sides of steak with garlic salt and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain well; discard marinade. 2. Place steak on grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with oil occasionally. Remove from grill, and cut into thin slices. Serve with flour tortillas, Pico de overnight. Yield: about 4 cups. Gallo, and Guacamole. |
