This is a good recipe to make your own seasoning for fajitas. A recipe from Linda Larsen. Enjoy. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3 teaspoons chicken bouillon, granulated |
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Pour into small glass or plastic container, seal tightly and store in a cool, dry place. 3. Makes the equivalent of 3 packets of commercial or purchased Fajita Seasoning Mix. 4. NOTE: you can use 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar instead of 1 tablespoon each. |
