This is from and I've been using it for years. It works equally for beef or chicken. **I edited this recipe after receiving a review stating that they felt it was sour. That made me realize I didn't have fresh lime juice listed, which I always use because I don't like it made with pre-squeezed in-a-bottle lime juice.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Dump all in a ziploc and add up to 2 lbs of thinly sliced beef or boneless skinless chicken breasts (easier to cook whole and slice for fajitas). Saute or grill until cooked through.
