This receipe was given to me by a co-worker who always made the most delicious fajitas when we had picnics. Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups pineapple juice |
1/2 cup cooking sherry |
2/3 cup soy sauce |
2/3 tablespoon sugar |
2/3 tablespoon salt |
2/3 tablespoon msg |
fiesta fajita seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. Marinate meat 48 hours, cook to medium & cut against the grain. 2. Sprinkle with Fiesta Fajita seasoning while cooking. |
