serve with mexican spicy potato wedges Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fajita seasoning mix |
500 g minced chicken |
1 onion, very finely chopped |
1 green capsicum, finely choppes |
1 red capsicum, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. in a large bowl, throw in the mince, onion, both capsicums and Old El Paso Original Smoky BBQ Fajita Spice Mix, Mix well then use your hands to make 8 little balls, and then flatten them into 8 small burgers. 2. heat the oil on grill pan and cook burger on medium heat.for 5-6 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked through. 3. serve with green salad ,Soft Flour Tortillas or burger bun. |
