This is a great seasoning for many different dishes! I use this on homefries as well as roasted potatoes, zucchini and many other vegetables. It's great for a meat and vegetable kabob as well. Those little fairies like to sprinkle it on many of the dishes that come out of my kitchen.... Ingredients:
1/4 cup sea salt, coarse ground (optional for low sodium diets) |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
2 teaspoons dried thyme |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (use low sodium if desired) |
Directions:
1. Blend in food processor until all spices are well ground. Store in spice container and sprinkle generously! |
