This goes great with a meal, on its own or with my failsafe burgers, then my kids don't think they are missing out on takeaway. My 2 daughters have intolerances to many things so takeaway is off the menu. Ingredients:
500 g potatoes, peeled |
1 tablespoon safflower oil |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, and cut into desired shape, I usually do wedges. 2. In a bowl cover potato with oil and then add garlic salt. Coat evenly. 3. Place in a 200°C oven and cook for 20 – 30 minutes, depends on cut of chip. |
