Fabulous Peanut Butter Fudge |

This is my Aunts fudge recipe that she gave to my mother some years ago. I have always made this at Christmas. It freezes well and is a great addition to the Christmas cookie tray and pretty easy to whip together. Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme |
Directions:
1. On stovetop, in heavy saucepan combine water and sugar, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme. With electric mixer, beat until thick. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. |
