Simple to make and so delicious. You can make it chunky or you can throw it all into a food processor and smooth it all out. I personally like it chunky, but it's good both ways! Ingredients:
4 large avocados |
2 roma tomatoes |
1/2 red onion |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 lime, juice of |
2 sprigs cilantro |
1 jalapeno (optional) |
12 dashes hot sauce |
Directions:
1. It's simple - 2. Dice your tomatoes and red onion. 3. cut open the avocados and smash with a fork or dice with a knife. 4. use a garlic press for the garlic. 5. cut the jalapeno in half and take the seeds out of one half and dice. 6. chop the cilantro. 7. take the juice of 1/2 lime and squeeze all over. 8. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce. 9. Mix well. |
