A great recipe for fried cabbage and so easy! Ingredients:
2 tsp butter |
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth |
1 head cabbage,cored and coarsely chopped |
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Bring butter and chicken broth to a boil in large skillet. Reduce heat to low and add cabbage. Cover and cook over low heat to steam cabbage for about 45 mins.,stirring frequently,or till cabbage is tender and sweet. Season with salt and pepper and serve. |
