A tangy dressing. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Keeps in fridge for 2 weeks. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup malt vinegar |
1 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. 2. Using a whisk or hand blender on slow, add oil in a steady stream until well mixed. 3. Refrigerate. |
