I love Shirmp, and this is just another recipe that I have come to enjoy - simple yet delicious!! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined (fresh or frozen) |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup water |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
hot cooked rice |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions, and cook until tender. 2. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or until done. 3. Add soup, water and cayenne pepper and heat through. 4. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with paprika. |
