Creamy sweet fudge Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 (4 ounce) package of dry frosting |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
1/2 cup candied cherry (halved ) |
Directions:
1. Butter a loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3. on a double bolier, melt butter in the milk. Stir in frosting mix ( dry ) until smooth. Heat over rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes. stirring occasionally. 2. Stir in nuts and cherries. 3. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Let stand until firm. 4. Cut into 1 inch suares. |
