Ingredients:
5 oz skinless chicken breast
1/3 cup fiber one cereal
1 oz. mozzarella cheese, fat-free
1/3 cup canned tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Pound Chix Breast flat and even. Crush or use food processor to make Fiber One into dusting for chix breast. Dredge Breast in cereal. Bake for 20 minutes.
2. Microwave tomato sauce for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese on chicken. Return to oven until cheese melted.
