Good, fast and easy... Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 1/3 cups water |
3/4 cup uncooked rice |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
22 ounces veg-all |
4 skinless chicken breast halves |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder and veggies in 12X8 baking dish. 2. Top with chicken and season as desired. 3. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Top with cheese. |
