A great side dish with mexican foods, or top with chicken/taco meat/shredded pork or shrimp for a meal! Ingredients:
16 ounces mixed salad greens |
2 fresh limes |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 dash salt |
15 1/2 ounces black beans (i like the ones with lime & jalapenos!) |
shredded cheddar cheese (optional) |
tomato, diced (optional) |
onion (optional) |
avocado (optional) |
Directions:
1. Put salad mix in a bowl 2. squeeze lime juice onto lettuce mix. 3. sprinkle with chili powder and salt. 4. top with black beans. |
