We love slopping up our med-rare eye round roast in this sauce, unknown origin. Ingredients:
1 cup beef broth |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan with wire whisk. 2. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thick and bubbly. 3. Pour over hot eye-round roast slices. |
