Excellent drink that helps reduce risk of cataracts and full of antioxidants. Chef Cat Cora Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, fresh and washed |
1 banana, frozen |
1 cup mango, peeled and chopped |
6 almonds |
1 cup soymilk or 1 cup rice milk |
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. |
