Ingredients:
2 cups spinach, fresh and washed
1 banana, frozen
1 cup mango, peeled and chopped
6 almonds
1 cup soymilk or 1 cup rice milk
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
