Ingredients:
lamb rib chops 1 thick |
3-6 tablespoon(s) extravagonzo culinary oil all infusions work well, use whichever one will go well with your side dishes, the lemon is especially good |
course sea salt |
freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. * Place lamb chops, Extravagonzo Oil, and some fresh ground black pepper in a gallon ziplock baggie, be sure chops are coated well with oil and pepper, let them work (knead the oil into the chops occasionally), coming to room temperature in the baggie (approx 30-40 minutes) 2. * Place chops on medium/high grill or grill pan in roasting temp oven 3. * Season with salt and pepper 4. * For medium rare to medium chops, cook 3 to 5 minutes per side 5. You can finish with a drizzle of Extravagonzo if you like, wonderful! |
