3 tbsp. mayonnaise |
1 tbsp. dijon mustard |
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley |
1 tsp. orange zest |
4 slamon fillets |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 500*F. 2. coat a baking sheet with cooking spray or non stick foil. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and orange zest. 4. Sprinkle the salmon with the salt and pepper. 5. Coat fish fillet with some of the mayonnaose mixture and set on the foiled lined baking sheet. 6. Roast until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes. |
