Make someone happy with a funnel cake! This is an extra easy recipe. Oh, so good. Just stir it up quickly, a minute or two in the frying pan, remove, and dust with powdered sugar. Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
4 tablespoons sugar |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1-1/4 cups milk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, place dry ingredients, whisk to blend
2. Add egg and milk, whisking thoroughly
3. Drop from funnel into hot oil in small frying pan, and fry until golden brown
4. Remove, drain on paper towel
5. Dust with powdered sugar
